in 2.5 cursors close when GC work

in 3.0 beta - cursors never close!

If you talk about cursors that are received from OracleParameter of Cursor
type, we fixed this problem. This fix will be available in the next
OraDirect .NET 3.00 build. Otherwise send us please small demo project to
OraDirect .NET support address to demonstrate the problem and include script
to create server objects.
