Hello,
I have upgraded from the trial to the professional version. The trial was lightning fast and immediately after the installation og the professional version the response was much much slower. Anyone had any similar problems?

The trial version of the product has exactly the same functionality as the professional edition.
It's limited in time only.
Please try running your project a little bit later.
Also please check that the server is not under heavy load at the moment.
