Developer Tools for VS2008

Hi 
I'm running the new version of OraDirect.Net and I've got a couple of questions.
1) When I download the DeveloperTools from the menu item in VS2008 it downloads fine. However, when I run the downloaded exe (oradevvs8.exe) it says i need VS2005. Do the tools not work in VS2008?
2) When I run the licensing dialog on a web project it says several inconsistent things:
a) For the project it says that OraDirect.Net isn't installed properly
a) That my App_Licenses.dll has an incorrect license. It works fine though.
Anyway, just thought I'd let you know.
