Error from Mobile Client

I moved a small Oracle Logon application to my WindowsCE mobile device and received the following message:

Could not load type 'CoreLab.Oracle.OracleConnection' from assembly 'CoreLab.Oracle, Version=4.20.21.0, Culture=netural,
PublicKey Token=09AF7300EEC23701

What am I doing wrong?

You should use mobile edition on devices - OraDirect .NET Mobile.
Please download it from our site and try.

I did and it did not work. Licensing problems. You said waiting until the next release.
