"Failed to find or load the registered .NET framework data provider"

My company just purchased OraDirect.NET 2. I had been using the trial version. I uninstalled the trial version and then downloaded and installed the new files.
When I went back into the project I had been working on and I get this error message "Failed to find or load the registered .NET framework data provider" for every dataset associated with the application. I deleted and re-added the references, making sure to reference the new versions of CoreLabs.Data and CoreLabs.Oracle.
Can someone tell me what the problem is please?
