I'm using .NET 2.0, ORA.NET 3.55.20 at this moment. My OS is Vista x86.

Sometimes (about 3 times from 10) I get the following exception during opening of OracleConnection.

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Oracle driver is Instant Client 10.2.0.1.

Any help would be really appreciated...

Please send me a small test project to reproduce the problem with your connection string. Use e-mail address provided in the Readme file.
Also try to use another tool. It may be the problem of Instant Client itself.
