Order not fulfilled for Data Compare

I ordered and payed for Data Compare for MySQL a few days ago.

Got a mail from the online distributor that says you will contact me for delivery.

Nothing since then.

It's not a box in the mail, and it's not even a letter. It's a file to be downloaded. Why should the delivery take 3 days?

I have sent numerous inquiries to the support department and got no response whatsoever. Frankly, I am a bit frustrated at the moment, as there seem to be now way of reaching the company.

Even if the product is useful, this level of service makes the whole deal unworthy.
