SQL Complete Error: Editing/Saving snippet

I am using SSMS with SQL Complete Standard for SQL Server and I was attempting to modify one of the supplied snippets. After making my changes, I clicked on the save button and after a warning that I'd be overwriting an existing snippet, I got an error message stating that "Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Devart\dbForge SQL Complete\Snippets\sel.snippet' is denied".

I tried running SSMS as administrator and still got the error.

Please try to right-click the 'Snippets' folder and select 'Share with -> Everyone' from the folder's popup menu

Thanks for the quick reply, that did solve the problem. May I ask why that step is necessary?

This happens because MSSMS is started with insufficient permissions.
