Strange problem

Hi,

I am using the dbExpress driver it goes Oracle Standard version 3.00.3 (13.04.06) with Oracle 9i and just in a machine he/she appears the mistake "Operation not applicalbe" in any consultation made to the database. Using BDE usually works, but not using the dbExpress. The difference between that station and the others are that she is a PII and other PIII or superior. Does some exist restriction the use of the driver in PII?
