Is the version 4.90.0.25 that we are using with Windows XP compatible with Windows 7 OS?

hello,

Yes, this version of dbExpress driver for Oracle supports Windows 7 when developing 32-bit applications. To develop 64-bit applications in RadStudio XE2, you should use the latest version of our driver - 5.1.3.
