documenation/help not working in XE3

Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing the 'Mydac Help' in XE3 (through the Mydac menu).

When I click on 'Mydac Help' , Microsoft Document explorer opens up, and gives me a message:

Can’t reach this page
Make sure the web address ms-help://Devart.Mydac is correct
Search for this site on Bing
Refresh the page

The address is: ms-help://Devart.Mydac/Mydac/overview_Mydac.htm

Please specify the Edition of MyDAC you are using and how you installed MyDAC: using installer, bat file or compiling packages manually.
