HOW CAN I CONNECT MYSQ SERVER
SERVER GOLDENVIEW.CA
WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT SOHW ERROR
ACCES DENIED FOR USER: '[email protected]' using password(yes)

You should contact your DB Admin to give you access. Probably user, or host isn't setup to access the MySQL server.
