Upgrade price for Standard/Site/v3 to Prof/Site/V4

We Siemens have purchased MyDAC standard site license of version 3.

Now we have a plan to upgrade to version 4, and also from standard into professional.

Can anyone tell me the price? Is it $94.95 for standard to professional plus $34.95 for version 3 to version 4?
