Another Delphi 2005 question

I am currently developing in Delphi 7 with Mdac 3.5

I am thinking of upgrading to 2005. I may have a web only project coming up. Will I need to purchase a different .net core lab product or will my version (updated for 2005) work with the vcl.net or .net environment.
