EastEuropean characters trouble (cp852, 1250, etc..)

Hello !

I'am using 3.50.0.20 trial and Delphi v7.
I use Easteuropean charasters and after insert new record with this characters they not apear in table. I see another different characters !

Please provide solution !

At once after establishing a connection execute "SET NAMES ..." query.
For details please see MySQL Reference Manual. You can get the same result if to modify server settings (my.ini).
