Is that possible to import all data in once time??
For now, I can only import one data every single time

At the moment there is no possibility tо copy and paste several rows in the Edit mode. Is that what you mean? We will investigate the possibility to support such a feature and notify you about the results as soon as possible, but we can't tell any timeframe currently.

JIC
  • Retrieving Data: navigate to Excel Book > Devart tab > Import > Filter and set "Maximum row count" which means number of rows to import. The default value is 0, which means unlimited.
  • Inserting / Updating Data: all records added / modified in the Edit mode should be commited to the database when pressing the Commit button.
For more information, refer to https://www.devart.com/excel-addins/db2/excel.chm (download, right click > Properties > Unblock).

If you want import data to Zoho CRM via Excel Add-in for Zoho CRM, you need to import data from Zoho CRM to Excel first. For this perform the following actions:
1. On the Devart tab, click "Get Data" in the Import group.
2. In the "Devart Excel Add-ins: Import Data Wizard", select Zoho CRM in the Data Source list .
3. Set the connection parameters in order to connect to Zoho CRM.
4. After you have set the connection parameters and Test Connection is successful, click Next.
5. The next wizard page is displayed, and you can select the required object on the "Visual Query Builder" tab. Select a required entity. Click Next.
6. The next window displays the first 10 rows of the selected data.
7. By default, a new worksheet with the name of the corresponding source object is created. You can change this name or use an existing worksheet.
8. After clicking Finish, the data will be imported to the Excel worksheet.

Perform the following steps to add new records:
1. Click "Edit Mode";
2. Add a new record in the bottom of the table to the empty row marked with green. Then click any cell in another row. The new row below the added will become green, and you will be able to add another record.
3. After you add all the necessary records, click Commit to save data to Zoho CRM. Then click "Edit Mode" again to turn off the edit mode.

As Shalex wrote: at the moment there is no possibility tо copy and paste several rows in the Edit mode. And you can add only one record at a time. Such feature is on our roadmap; however, there is no timeframe when it will be implemented.

As an alternative to Excel Add-ins, you can use Skyvia - our cloud data integration, access, backup, and management platform. With it you can import data from various sources, including CSV files, to Zoho CRM and other cloud applications and databases. Free pricing plan for data integration allows importing up to 100 000 rows per month from CSV files and up to 5 000 rows per month for other operations. Skyvia is available at https://skyvia.com/
You can find more information in the Import section of the Skyvia documentation
