Can reviewer change the server name of SVN repository?

We have part of the team accessing RA and SVN from inside the firewall, and another part of the team - from outside. So, the author creates a review on the LAN, and then link to the code is, say, https://svnserver/svn/whatever. The reviewer opens the review from outside and obviously can't access the repo. Is there a way to change the server and tell RA to map svnserver to example.com - so it connects to repo at https://example.com/svn/whatever?
