Lost all my review comments.

I just started using Review Assistant with the Visual Studio extension, and was liking the way it worked. That is, until I hit something and now my project says that there are no reviews to display. If I open the reviewassistant database file, all my comments are in there. How can I get them displayed in ReviewAssistant again?
