Refresh button doesn't always work

Situation: A new review is created by User A. A few minutes later User B,who is assigned the review, presses the refresh button from the review list, but it doesn't show the new review. Before User B can see the new review he has to either: 1. change the filter to another setting then change it back or 2. close Visual Studio and reopen it.

We've had this reported by many different users.

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue. Please tell us the version of Review Assistant and exact filter settings you use.

We have the latest version on both the clients and the server. Start with the "To Review" filter setting with no search terms. Refresh does not always pick up the latest. Change to "All reviews" then back to "To Review" and they appear. FYI -- we typically have multiple Visual Studio instances open simultaneously. We have automatic refresh set to 10 minutes.
