Version 2.0.102 Login Error!

hi. i updated Review Assistant from old version 1.2.35 to new version 2.0.102 today. i get a error when i open my visual studio 2010 and login Review Assistant. one month ago, i use this tool in my team which version 1.2.35. now i want to update it, and plan to busy a license which one support 50 uses. so can you help me to fix this problem?

What OS is on the server, where Review Assistant is installed?

the server OS is "Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack2"
and the client OS & Software is "Windows 7, Visual Studio 2010"
