PgDAC Trial version installation fails

Hello,
I have a license for ODAC. This library was installed correctly. I have the latest version. Then,
I was trying to install a trial version for Postgres DAC but an error occurred.
Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files(X86)\Devart\PgDAC for Rad Studio XE7\Unistall\PgDacReg.exe
CreateProcess failed; code 5
Access is denied.

I am puzzled since ODAC works fine.
I would appreciate suggestions.

Have you tried to install PgDAC with administrator rights?
