Why back button is disabled in the last step of Import Data?

Why back button is disabled in the last step of Import Data? Whether the import was successful or there were errors, I can't go back. I want to go back to fix the error or I want to go back to reimport the same data inot another data. The current workflow forces me to Click Finish and I have to start all over again.
