There is no a possibility to change the folder for the log files. Though, you can turn off generating the log files as follows:
1. Select 'Tools -> Options...' from the main menu. The 'Options' window opens.
2. Navigate to the 'Environment -> Output' branch.
3. Unselect the 'Write queries sent by the program to the SQL Log' and 'Log application errors' options.
4. Click 'OK'.

Could you please specify the exact path of where the logs are generated and provide us a screenshot of the content of that folder with the logs?

In fact, dbForge generates its logs in the following folder:
