Activation Failed

Post by techiebud » Tue 26 Sep 2017 20:25

I've staged a new computer to replace a failed Microsoft Surface Book. I downloaded the latest version of SQL Complete to reinstall. When enter my registration key, I am getting "Activation Failed You have exceeded the maximum number of application copies that can be installed with one license." I've contacted customer support a few days ago but have gotten no response.

Any suggestions?

Please log in to Registered Users' Area and deactivate the license as follows:
1. Click the highlighted in green 'Activated' link against the product.
2. In the 'Active Licenses' window, click the 'DEACTIVATE' button.

After that, please perform activation once again.

Note, you can have activated one license on two separate PCs at the same time. If you need to activate it on a third one, you need to, first, deactivate the license for one of the previous PCs.
