Activation fails after harddisk change

Post by kanoop » Sat 05 Aug 2017 19:32

I had to change the hard drive in my desktop, as it was failing. Next time I opened dbForge for SQL server, it told me my trial had expired. So I tried activating the licence and it said I had activated it too many times (I do have an older version (5.1.178) installed on my laptop.

Where do I go from here?

Please log in to Registered Users' Area https://secure.devart.com/, deactivate the license by clicking the highlighted in green 'Activated' link against the product and then, in the 'Active Licenses' window, click the 'DEACTIVATE' button. After that, please perform activation once again.

Note, you can have activated one license on two separate PCs at the same time. If you need to activate it on a third one, you need to, first, deactivate the license for one of the previous PCs.
