Tables keep showing up on commit tab

I have 2 tables that are constantly showing on the commit tab, despite that there are no changes.
I tried to commit them once more, but that does not help, how do I stop them from showing up

Will it be possible to provide us the scripts from the repository and the scripts of the database (with the objects)?

What scripts are you referring to? the problem relates to tables not scripts.

SSMS version 2012 and 2014, (2 users, both have the problem)

We were referring to the scripts to create the database objects so we can create identical objects one our side and reproduce the issue, and also the scripts of your repository.
