Installer hangs on Help install

I've had a couple of devs report the Corelab installer hangs on the standard install on the help installation step. Is this a known issue (V2.50 for .Net 2.0) ? They seem to work around this ok using the custom install and unchecking help. They use Windows XP, as do I, but I have not had the problem.

No, it is not known issue. It could possibly happen because of some help collections was opened during installation process. Do you have same Windows XP Service Pack as developers?

By the way, what is meant by "hangs on"? Does it show any error or just the process takes much time? It might be not a bug. The process may take several minutes.
