Hi, if I buy a net provider can I access to new version with the same licence ? (without pay, of course)

I need SSL support for postgresql and it will not be possible since version 2 come.

You can register PostgreSQLDirect .NET 1.85 now and you'll get free upgrade to version 2.00 that will be released soon. Upgrades to further 2.xx versions also will be free.
