How to connect PostgreSQL linux with VB.NET?

does any body have solution reply.i have been trying to connect for past two days.

Please make sure you have privileges to connect to PostgreSQL server from your host.
Try connecting to server with PgAdmin tool.
Specify text of exception that you get.
