Autentication method not suported

i try to conect to a database in a debian postgres version 7 database and when i try to conect whit the pgSqlConnection give this error Autentication method not suported

PostgreSQLDirect .NET does not support secured connections with authentification of the following types: SCMCredential, KerberosV4, KerberosV5.
