Oracle connection Issue ora-01017 = unhappy clients

Ahem,
We recently issued a new version of our product suite
based on Unidac 7.01 connecting to client's inhouse Oracle Databases.

Unfortunately our largest client now gets nothing but errors.
[i]Our previous version works fine[/i] against their Oracle 11g 11.2.0.4
but all our tools compiled with Unidac 7.01 give the ora-01017 error
on every attempt to connect.

Here in our own lab we are running the exact same version of Oracle
and it works just fine!

Naturally our client's view is:
"Hey, we have changed nothing and your product now gives nothing
but errors - Fix It."

Of course we have tried changing the case when connecting without
effect - but then nothing on the client's DB has changed - and our older apps still work fine...

Are there new settings to Unidac 7 that we don't know about?
Perhaps our client can somehow tweak their DB system since our
inhouse system shows in can work.
What might we say to those Oracle DBAs?
What can they check for or consider modifying?
Has anyone had the same experience?

Thank you for the information. We fixed the error mentioned in the description. The fix was included in the new UniDAC 7.0.2 (15-May-2017) version. Please, upgrade UniDAC to this version.
