Japanese back file name , backup , restore does not work

Hello.

If the backup file name is Japanese , TIBCBackupService also TIBCRestoreService does not work correctly .
There is a property should be set anything?

By the way , the file name in the error message is garbled .

To solve the issue, try to set the Japanese locale on your computer. For this, follow the steps:
1. In Control Panel open "Language and regional settings".
2. On the "Additional" tab, in the "Language of programs that don't support Unicode" click the button "Change system language".
3. Select Japanese and restart the PC.

But , there is no problem . Because my Windows is a Japanese version .

I later noticed , but not only the backup file name in Japanese , does not work with DB file name of the Japanese .

By the way in Firebird2.5, it work normally with the same code .
So it seems to be a problem in the case of using the Firebird3.0.
