I am trying to install dbForge for Oracle 3.5 and I am getting the error below.

and requires to be uninstalled. Installation can not continue.

This means you need to search for the obsolete product Core Lab Developer Tools installed in the system and uninstall it prior to installing dbForge Studio for Oracle.
