Synchronize does not sync empty tables

Post by Arndtt » Fri 21 Sep 2012 07:53

We are testing the possibilities of Compare for Oracle in order to check if it's worth to buy it for production use. I'm using a trial of dbForge Schema Compare for Oracle 2.0 in order to sync 2 Oracle 10.2.0.5.0 schemas. Tables that are empty are not synchronized. But most often applications are using these tables for temporary data and therefore it's quite bad that these special tables are missing . Is this a general problem or can I fix this by change some options in Schema Compare for Oracle 2.0 ?

Thx

Tobias

Please note that the tool does not process TEMPORARY TABLE since we are not aware of the algorithm on how the data recorded within one session can be retrieved from another session.

If that's not the problem, could you please provide us some more details on this?
