Problem with Trailing Spaces

I'm trying dbForge Data Compara for Oracle.
I have two databases that I want to sync.
I Setting the option Ignore trailing spaces but the application returns me differences between two identical fields.
In the original database there crlf while in the target database there are only lf.
These fields are varchar2 but I can not synchronize or remove them from the comparison.
As I can resolover this?
