BUG: closing connection doesn't actually close the connectio

When I click on 'close' on a connection that's open, the state of the connection in VS shows as closed, however the actual oracle session is not terminated. This means the session is staying open until it idles out, taking up resources.

We have reproduсed it.
Fix of the error will be included in the next build of OraDeveloper Tools.

great! I've been using oradeveloper for some time now and I must say that you guys are doing a great job supporting issues that I've found in the toolset. good work!
