Hello,
the installation of OraDeveloperTools screws up the gui language of Rad Studio 2009.
- Many menu entries do not show german captions anymore.
- Options dialog shows "duplicate" entries in different languages (e.g. "Debugger-Optionen" and "Debugger Options")
- Debugger context menu is missing some menu entries (e.g. "Fehlersuche-Untersuchen")
When uninstalling OraDeveloperTools, everything goes normal again.
How do I solve the problem?

Hello,
we have installed RAD Studio 2009 and OraDeveloper Tools on a bare Windows XP System with German GUI. Everything works fine.
It seems, you have some third-party tools installed like DelphiSpeedUp, which may cause such effect. Don't you? And what is the exact version of OraDeveloper Tools you use?

Hello,
I am using OraDeveloper Tools version 2.55 build 149.
Is it possible to resolve the conflict? What is the reason for this behavior?
Thanks for the tip, I am using several wizards. OraDeveloper Tools seem to conflict with IDEFixPack.Tyro wrote:Hello,

Well, it's hard to give you exact aswer. In our product we use both managed and unmanaged interfaces for the interoperability with RAD Studio, but some of third-party wizards somehow could break the managed part of it, as they hack unmanaged API calls. Once we have contacted DelphiSpeedUp's author with it, and he fixed similar problem in his program. But we are not going to chase every single third-party developer culpable. Anyway, we'll test OraDeveloper Tools with IDEFixPack tomorrow and announce our verdict.
Re: Tyro
Hello Tyro,
I have contacted the author of VCLFixPack and he has confirmed the flaw. He has published a new version and this works without problems.Tyro wrote:We have installed "IDE Fix Pack 2.7 for RAD Studio 2009 Update 3" and now we can assert, that this pack is the culprit. The only this you can do is to submit this problem to Embarcadero Corp.
