Problem with purchase

We purchased twice of you. First we waited more than one month, by the time the link of product arrived. This was last year. Now we purchased again, but we haven't not received the link yet again, although don't past one month, but the 48 hours ellapsed. So far we thought that the buy on internet is quick, but it seems, not. Althought may we are stupid that we waited other, because by Albert Eistein, who do ditto and wait other result, it is crasy.

We don't know who is the defective, the Share-it or you, but we wouldn't like to wait one month or more again. It is most desirable you can help me. Thank you.
