A problem with the license on ASP.Net 2

Post by Shy_b » Sat 05 Aug 2006 22:53

Dear developers,

I have bought the mysqldirect and used it for service application, i've had no problem with that.

When i've tried to use it for my intranet web site, i've had a license problem when i tryied to run the application using IIS server (IIS 6 with , .Net 2.0)

I've done what the FAQ sais to do when dealing with ASP.Net 2.0 applications and yet it still gives me the same exception that my license is invalid.

"License not valid. Please view "Licensing" topic in MySQLDirect .NET documentation for details or contact Core Lab technical support.'

just to be clear, my application contains the dll spoken about in the FAQ and the version of the assembly associated with the software is 3.50.10.

Thank you in advance,
Shy.

Please write small application with one MySqlConnection and license information. Send this solution, compiled .dll and App_Licenses.dll files to our support address

Use e-mail address provided in the registration letter. You can also refer to the Readme.html and Support.html files in the MySQLDirect .NET installation directory.

Your App_Licenses.dll is valid. You can use it with your application with MySQLDirect .NET Pro version. You can get the mentioned error message with Trial version of MySQLDirect .NET
