DotConnect Mysql Developer Edition License Issue

DotConnect Mysql Developer Edition
My license is still valid (purchased on February 27 this year) and I can not download the latest version. The download page returns me the message that I need to renew the license (from secure.devart.com downloads)

Do I need a new license even though my subscription (1 year) still valid?
