If I use Express edition

If I use Express edition

Hi,

I am developing a small MySQL client, which I want to sell though, for which I want to use the express edition as the ado.net connector. Can I use it? If yes, what minimal libraries without violating the licensing terms, can I port to the users. Devart.Data and Devart.Data.Mysql are sufficient? Please help

Thanks

dotConnect for MySQL Express may be used for commercial purposes. For details, please see our License Agreement, which is available, e.g., in the installation package of dotConnect for MySQL.

To deploy applications that use dotConnect for MySQL you should add proper technical license and Devart runtime assemblies to your project. Devart.Data.dll and Devart.Data.MySQL.dll should be sufficient for basic applications. For information on the technical licensing, please see the Licensing and Deployment topics of our documentation:
http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/mysql/docs/Licensing.html
http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/mysql/docs/Deployment.html

Feel free to contact us if something is unclear.
