Task failed because LC.exe was not found

After installing MyDirect, this error appears when compiling. I have reinstalled visual studio and windows sdk but no luck in fixing. Does anyone know a solution? Any help is appreciated.

Please check, if there is the lc.exe file in the "\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bin\" folder?
