Error Net packets out of order

I am getting a packet out of order error.
Version of provider 2.5

Succes with MySQL 4.0.20

Unsucces with MySQL 4.0.24, 4.1.11

Please give me a solution as soon as possible.

Please download latest version of MySQLDirect .NET data provider (v2.80).
