Support for CSharp Microsoft Visual Express Edition?

Its looks like it installed fine but does it work in Express. It does not show up in the toolbox and can't find the documetation. When I try to bring up the doc, it says it failed because "ms-help://CoreLab.Oracle' is invalid"

This is Visual Studio Express limitations.
You can download the documentation in CHM format using the following link: crlab.com/oranet/oranet.chm

Sorry, I can see the list of subjects but they do not come up in any browser window
