Hello
I found when testing some SQL statement execution efficiency, and in some cases the efficiency of ODP.NET in the same note, be roughly the same, their statements and execution environment. but yesterday I was testing a statement, the PLSQL efficiency very fast, in the case of OCI is also very fast, return line number is 26 rows, to return results between 10ms, so the ODP.NET test; but in the case of Direct Devart, a lot of my execution to return a result, the average time in 700ms, but my current statement is not very time-consuming query, but also only is to return 26 rows of data, should also meet the expectations in the implementation of 10ms efficiency, but the fact is very slow,WHY?

Please create and send us a small test project with corresponding DDL\DML scripts which reproduces the issue.
Please also tell us the version of Oracle server and Oracle Client.
