Advanced Queuing in 'Direct Mode'?

Interested in using dotConnect for Oracle. Is the Advanced Queuing functionality usable in 'Direct Mode'?

dotConnect for Oracle supports Advanced Queuing Technology in the Direct mode. For more information, please refer to https://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracle/docs/?AQ.html
