How to update to latest?

I see that there is an update to dotConnect for Oracle (build 8.4.254) but I don't see where to download it or how to install it.
I'm running v8.4.225 of dotConnect for Oracle Professional version.

To upgrade to the latest version of dotConnect for Oracle, please use the credentials (URL, account name, and password) that were sent to you after the purchase of our product. If you have not received this information, please contact our Sales department (sales at devart*com).
