Devart.Data.Oracle did not load

I just installed Devart dotConnect for Oracle. But I am having this error:

Devart.Data.Oracle.Vs.OracleDataProviderPackage ({7A24CFC5-F408-4574-8B07-078DFE413305}) did not load because of previous errors. For assistance, contact the package vendor. To attempt to load this package again, type 'devenv /resetskippkgs' at the command prompt.

anyone? I am totally new to devart dotConnect

Please reinstall your version of dotConnect for Oracle in the way how it is described in this post: http://forums.devart.com/viewtopic.php? ... 195#p92065. Notify us about the result.
