from 6.7 to 7.7 problems

I realized this Red Gate .Net Reflector is a software I had installed on my machine, but I uninstalled it a while ago. The folder stayed behind obviously.

I deleted the folder C:\ProgramData\Red Gate and all my troubles went away.
I am ok now, I can do a full rebuil anbd run my app no problem, I also do not get error message while loading visual studio.
