We have reproduced the incorrect output with your test project and are investigating the issue.

The bug with workability of the OracleGlobalization.ClientCharacterSet (it should be set to "WE8ISO8859P1") property is fixed. Please send us the e-mail you have specified when ordering the product so that we can validate it and send a download link.

New build of dotConnect for Oracle 7.2.96 is available for download!
It can be downloaded from http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracle/download.html (trial version) or from Registered Users' Area (for users with active subscription only).
